Andy started his career with British Gas, where he built the technical foundations and diagnostic skills that still define his work today. He went on to become an accredited Worcester Bosch engineer — gaining deep, manufacturer-level knowledge of one of the UK’s leading boiler brands.

In the early 1990s, Andy made the decision to go independent and start A.M. Lander — not to grow a large company, but to do the job he loves to the standard he believes in, for the local community he knows well.
