It is essential that you review the terms and conditions outlined below prior to utilising our services. By requesting us to perform work for you, whether verbally or in writing, you are consenting to these terms and conditions.
Should you need to cancel your booking, please inform us preferably via email at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel on the scheduled date, after having paid a deposit, or after materials have been procured, you will be subject to charges.
We may ask for consent to send occasional marketing messages via email or text. You have the right to opt out at any time. Email andy@amlander.co.uk to be removed.

The business always endeavours to provide the best service. In the unlikely event we are unable to resolve your complaint, it may be necessary to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. As a Which? Trusted Trader, ADR is available through Which? Trusted Traders.
