Andy offers same-day callouts for emergencies across Surrey and SW London. For non-urgent work, appointments are usually available within a few days.

Do you charge for quotes?

Free estimates for installation and remedial repair work following a pre-booked diagnosis visit. Emergency callouts are charged at an hourly rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash. Finance options are also available through TradeHelp — ask Andy for details.

Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes — Andy is fully Gas Safe registered (Reg. No. 199048). You can verify this on the Gas Safe Register website.

Do you offer emergency plumbing?
